THURSDAY OCTOBER 14 : POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER WARNING
6 – 7PM
LOCATION: BOREEN POINT
Lyndon Davies, Leah Barclay and Tricia King
Join us at the Floating Land Pavillion at Boreen Point for a live performance; sound and projections in the Lake.
For Floating Land 2021, a new projection and sound work has been developed and we are excited to bring you three life performances where the sonic vibrations become ripples and energy, creating dynamic geometric patterns that reveal the materiality of sound using digital photography. Each sound has an individual pattern, and the wildlife featured in this project have unique geometric visualisation of their call, a sonic fingerprint. This project provides new ways to connect to the environment and discover connections between scientific methods, Indigenous knowledge and new technology. No booking required
